Delegates Young, Hamilton, Hornbuckle, Fluharty, Garcia, Griffith, Rowe, Pushkin, Hansen, Lewis, Rowe and Williams move to amend the bill on page 1, Section 1, line 8, following the period by inserting the following new subsection: "(d) Every person who is an adult, regardless of sex, has a right to make and carry out one's own health care decisions."
